I’ve spent my life working with my hands — first with clay, then food in some of the best kitchens and now in wood and metal — solving problems, making things work and making them beautiful. With a background in fine arts and a mind wired for math, I bring both creativity and precision to every project. Whether it’s a deck that welcomes the whole family, a fence that frames the garden just right or a custom metal stair railing that adds something special, I build with the home, not just in it.

Sometimes, you know exactly what you want and need a quote from us to get started. In that case, we'll offer you a quote without any fuss. If we have additional questions, we'll ask.
Most of our clients have a general idea of what they want, but need our guidance and expertise to walk them through their rennovation or addition. In this case, we'll ask questions about how you want to use the space, etc. Once we agree on the general scope of the project with a contract and deposit, we will design your project and begin to build based on your approved specifications.
In the event you would like us to provide complete design and build with your space, we can also do this.
